Ben Liu is an educator and United States Air Force veteran. He is a NRA Chief Range Safety Officer and NRA certified instructor. He is a CA DOJ Certified CCW Instructor. He holds masters’ degrees in education and public administration. He desires to provide a service of teaching firearms safety and training and conceal carry courses.

What makes Liu different from other firearms instructors is his background in education. His teaching is based upon the constructivist learning theory and the idea that learning must be student-centered. He believes that students learn best when they are able to construct their own understanding and knowledge by connecting what they learn in the classroom to the real world.
